Mahogany Roots recognizes that the use of products that heals with every application can keep the skin and hair in a constant regenerative state.  Also, we know that sustaining this regenerative state keeps the hair strong and the skin free from fine lines which makes it look refreshed, rejuvenated and vibrant.  All of Mahogany Roots products are made with organic and/or vegan properties, the shampoos are Sulfate free, the Shea, Mango, Jojoba, Avocado and Olive Butters are organic and unrefined.  The Sweet Almond, Jojoba, Coconut, Avocado, Olive and Aloe Vera oils are all packed with vitamins A,B,C, D, & E.  And ultimately we use no paraben, no mineral oil, no petroleum nor other ingredients that are either harsh to people, animals or the environment.

Additionally, preservative prolong the shelf life of products enabling time to leave the manufacturer, get to the retailer and in your hands without going rancid. The shelf life of most Mahogany Roots products is fairly short (12-24 months) due to it's natural composition and the type of mild preservatives we use.
